UDAI's

Note that these expire after 30 days. This is a policy change by the New Zealand Domain Name Commission in September 2014. Ensure you have a "fresh" UDAI when transferring domains.

Our policy is to only provide UDAI's via email to a clients billing address and the request must come from the client via email. We "do not" provide these to third parties.

Email Setup

There are different settings for email setup. This is dependant on your hosting account. Please ensure you use the correct settings as below:

Setting 1:
Email settings for customers of  ThisIsMe Web Solutions  This Is Me  Digital Arts  kudos  Pixelar

Login is the full email address (no capital letters)
Password is as provided
POP (POP3) is mail.yourfulldomainname port 110 (inbound)
SMTP is mail.yourfulldomainname port 2525 (port 25 is also available as long as the ISP does not block it. i.e Spark) (outbound)
Authentication is required and is same as inbound
No SSL is required
Webmail is available at: yourdomain/webmail. Login is your full email address (all lowercase) and password

Setting 2:
Email settings for customers of  SparX  Alart Design   Lime Hosting (someWebPartners & Dzina logo)

Note: A small number of WebPartners or Dzina clients may need to use these settings but the majority should use the ones below for WebPartners or Dzina. Please contact us to confirm if you are unsure.

Login is the full email address (no capital letters)
Password is as provided
POP (POP3) is mail.yourfulldomainname port 110 (inbound)
SMTP is mail.yourfulldomainname port 26 (outbound)
Authentication is required and is same as inbound
No SSL is required
Webmail is available at: yourdomain/webmail. Login is your full email address (all lowercase) and password. (Sparx only clients can also use https://sparxweb.sparx.co.nz:2096/ for webmail)

Setting 3:
Email settings for most customers of WebPartners

Note: A small number of WebPartner clients may need to use settings as "sparx, alart etc" from above. Please contact us to confirm if you are unsure.

Login is the full email address (no capital letters)
Password is as provided
POP (POP3) is pop3.webhost.co.nz port 110 (inbound)
IMAP is imap.webhost.co.nz port 143 (inbound)
SMTP is smtp.webhost.co.nz port 465 (outbound)
Authentication is required and is same as inbound
SSL is required for the outgoing server
Webmail is available at: webmail.yourdomain. Login is your full email address (all lowercase) and password

Setting 4:
Email settings for most customers of Dzina logo

Login is the account name you were given
Password is as provided
POP (POP3) is pop3.iserve.net.nz port 110 (inbound)
SMTP is smtp.iserve.net.nz port 587 (outbound)
Authentication is required and is same as inbound
SSL is required for the outgoing server
Webmail is available by going to the Dzina website (www.dzina.co.nz) and scroll to where it says "Webmail Login" and click on the link. Login is the account name you were given and password

Mobile Devices:

If you are setting up email on your mobile device we are not able to guide you through this other than give you the above settings. There are so many mobile devices on the market (software versions and hardware) that we unable assist you in setting up all these device - please contact the provider of your mobile and they should be able to assist you if you provide them the above settings.

Passwords:

We can reset email passwords if required. Please send an email to us with details of which email address you want the password reset on.
